i'm gonna re-read every harry potter i have after i'm done with the bell jar! (: take my time to savour the language..try to pick out little details i might have missed before..and just enjoy the magic of harry's world.
i'm moving into the hall soon..have no idea what i'll have to bring...most of my clothes maybe...prob all my books..hahah..there are shelves there..no worries...prob have to go shopping at ikea for a few things to personalise my room...still hoping to swap around and live with a friend..(: anyway...i've decided i will have a bottle of ribena syrup in my room..so i can have lovely ribena every night! on a not so bright note...i feel a little cheated..nus just sent me a bill to pay the excess MANDATORY charges that my scholarship doesn't cover. everyday..i seem to unearth more MANDATORY things MOE doesn't cover...how the hell does the cost of my breaking the bond amount to $161k then? i mean...i have the bill..the tuition fees at NUS are actually only $2965 a semester..multiply that by 8 semesters..you get abt a tenth of $161k. and i'm beginning to wonder if the allowance given to me will last me a year..gosh..and they won't let me work..and i have so many extra nonsense to pay for..and wait for incomplete re-imbursements. i can always count on my mum to not offer to help me out. oh well...just my luck.
thought of the day ~ do you wonder if everything in your life is just glamourised? that everything looks good on the outside..but dig a little deeper..and you may just find it's nothing but a can of worms packaged to look like tuna. (tuna was the first thing that came to my mind. don't ask.) adri..i think you'll know what i'm talking abt..(:
